Marina Ann Hantzis (Sacramento, Kaliforniya, 14 Mart 1988), daha çok Sasha Grey adıyla tanınan Amerikalı bir aktris, model, yazar, müzisyen ve alternatif porno sektöründe faaliyet göstermiş eski porno oyuncusudur.
